Maintenance methods
1.
使用完畢應將葫蘆清理干凈并涂上防銹油脂，存放在干燥
地方，防止手動葫蘆受潮生銹和腐蝕。

維護和檢修應由較熟悉葫蘆機構者進行，用煤油清洗葫蘆
機件，在齒輪和軸承部分，加黃油潤滑，防止不懂本機性能原理
者隨意拆裝。

制動器的摩擦表面必須保持干凈。制動器部分應經常檢

5.
手動葫蘆的起重鏈輪左右軸承的滾柱，可用黃油粘附在已
壓裝于起重鏈輪軸頸的軸承內圈上，再裝入墻板的軸承外圈內。

6.
手動葫蘆在安裝制動裝置部分時，注意棘輪齒槽與棘爪爪
部嚙合良好，彈簧對棘爪的控制應靈活可靠，裝上手鏈輪后，順
時針旋轉手鏈輪，就將棘輪、摩擦片壓緊在制動器座上，逆時針
旋轉手鏈輪，棘輪與摩擦片間應留有空隙。

1.
嚴禁超載使用。

嚴禁用人力以外的其他動力操作。

在使用前須確認機件完好無損，傳動部分及起重鏈條潤滑
良好，空轉情況正常。

4.
起吊前檢查上下吊鉤是否掛牢。嚴禁重物吊在尖端等錯誤
操作。起重鏈條應垂直懸掛，不得有錯扭的鏈環，雙行鏈的下吊
鉤架不得翻轉。

5.
操作者應站在與手鏈輪同一平面內拽動手鏈條，使手鏈輪
沿順時針方向旋轉，即可使重物上升；反向拽動手鏈條，重物即
可緩緩下降。

6.
在起吊重物時，嚴禁人員在重物下做任何工作或行走，以
免發生人身事故。

7.
在起吊過程中，無論重物上升或下降，拽動手鏈條時，用
力應均勻和緩，不要用力過猛，以免手鏈條跳動或卡環。

8.
操作者如發現手拉力大于正常拉力時，應立即停止使用。
防止手鏈條磨損。
